Dear
Eve,
It was a pleasure meeting you yesterday and listen to your explanations.
Thank you for open a window to a new world for some of us. The
experience of yesterday will stay with us for long time. Today
we have a reflection session and I will be able to know more about
what the students feel about it.
I know the students were very impressed by you and found your
way of הדרכה very interesting.
Thank you and we will be in touch.
Have a great day!
Sincerely,
Tal Kita טל קיטה

Dear
Ms. Harrow:
We are writing to express our thanks to you for your thoughtful
presentation to the participants of the Brandeis University Summer
Institute for Israel Studies. Our visit to Efrat and your insightful
and stimulating comments made an enormous impression. Many in
the group referred to your comments in sessions that were conducted
later in the study tour. We are especially pleased that the faculty
were made aware of your work and will incorporate what they learned
in the courses they design about Israeli society.
The Brandeis University Summer Institute for Israel Studies was
inaugurated in 2004 to redress the lack of knowledgeable and balanced
teaching about Israel. The goal of the Institute is to foster
Israel Studies in universities and colleges by providing faculty
with serious academic understanding of Israel as a civilization,
as part of the larger history of the Jewish people, and as a part
of the landscape of Middle East. Your contribution to our effort
is much appreciated.
We close with many thanks and sincere appreciation, also on behalf
of our colleagues at the American Jewish Committee and its Middle
East Office in Jerusalem.
Sincerely,
Sylvia Fuks Fried, S. Ilan Troen, and Stephanie Gerber Wilson

To
whom it may concern:
I have known Eve Harow for a good many years in both a personal
and employer/employee relationship. For the last several years,
Eve has been a member of the professional staff of the One Israel
Fund of which I currently hold the lay leadership position of
chairman.
Eve was hired by the One Israel Fund specifically because of her
demonstrated ability to convey, in a very effective and convincing
manner, the wide range of issues that face the residents of Judea,
Samaria (and formerly, Gaza). She had the unique ability
to connect with a variety of audiences, and in eliciting responses
from those audiences. As not only a resident, but a mother raising
many children in this environment, the legitimacy with which she
addresses audiences is given the greatest of credence, and the
manner of her delivery adds an emotional aspect that is both compelling
and heartwarming.
I would recommend Eve to serve in any capacity involving the dissemination
of ideas and positions that involve support for, and the strengthening
of, the State of Israel, confident that audiences will be left
with better understanding and increased compassion.
If any additional information is required, the recipient of this
particular correspondence should feel free to contact the undersigned
personally, who would be more than willing to have a discussion
at further length.
Yours truly,
STEVEN S. ORLOW

Dear Eve,
I wanted to express my sincere thanks to you for giving a class
at our Synaplex Shabbat. It is so important for our members to
hear from an American Israeli perspective about what's happening
in Israel. You have a very unique and balanced perspective that
takes into consideration the very delicate threads of the Israeli
society. I heard only good things from the people that went to
your class and I hope that you enjoyed teaching the class.
I look forward to working with you more closely again in the future.
Sincerely,
Shai Finkelstein

Shalom Eve,
Thank you again for speaking with the Otzma
group, and taking off some of your precious Chanuka vacation time.
We had very positive feedback from your presentation.
People especially appreciated your very apparent
passion and the personal anecdotes that made the issues very up
close, personal and real.
